About Us
Mission
The Massachusetts Immigrant Collaborative (MIC) is an engaged statewide, active partnership of 15 organizations supporting immigrant communities. Through shared resources and cross-agency convenings, we elevate underserved immigrant communities with dignity and respect.
In Partnership
MIC elevates our partners’ capacity by sharing resources, knowledge, and facilitating cross-agency collaboration. Through emergency assistance, workforce development, legal services, and advocacy, we support immigrants along the path to stability and upward mobility, together.
Our Story
Our story starts during the COVID-19 pandemic when immigrant families faced unprecedented challenges. Prompted by the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement, MIC quickly mobilized to provide emergency assistance when and where it was needed most. What began as a crisis response has evolved into an exciting, sustainable model for collaboration that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals for immigrant communities throughout Massachusetts.

We Stand in Defense of Immigrant Rights and Safety
At the Massachusetts Immigrant Collaborative (MIC), we stand firmly with immigrant communities across our state in the face of escalating threats, fear, and violence fueled by recent actions and rhetoric from the current administration. We condemn any policies that target, dehumanize, or endanger immigrant families.
